How much are the beats?: All beats are $40 to license, non-exclusive and royalty-free. You pay $40
and there are no other extra fees or costs involved.

How may I use them?: You must add a vocal performance to the beats. Then you then can use them
however you wish (CD's mixtape, websites, performances etc..) . You must credit us when using our beats:

What does royalty-free mean?: This means you can sell your CD's for profit and not have to pay us
any percentage of your sales.

What does non-exclusive mean?: This means that while you have the right to do what you wish with
our beats, we retain the right re-use and re-sell them .

Can I get exclusive rights to the tracks?: Yes. This is more costly, but terms and prices can be negotiated.

How do I get the beats?: We use PayPal. You can get an instant download of the beat using PayPal and
your credit card. Once you buy, you'll be prompted to download the beat to your computer. You have 24 hrs to download or re-download the same track in case of any errors. You can also send a money order to
Spark it Productions. P.O. box 16743 Chicago, IL 60616 along with the beat titles and an email address.
We will then email you the beat as soon as we receive payment.

What format are the beats in?: All beats are HIGH QUALITY mp3's and in standard song format.
